First time we have ever ran a trip here, however, we’ve been there a few times while helping run trips for the Drum & Bugle Corps National Championships!! Here’s all you need to know:
- We are staying at the TRU Hotel by Hilton!! It’s a NEW brand and the hotel is only a year and a half old!!
- It is located RIGHT next to the stadium!
- It is located RIGHT next to our tailgate location, again, with our friends from Bullseye Event Group (AMAZING)!!
- It is located RIGHT next to the Slippery Noodle, the OLDEST and BEST bar in downtown Indianapolis (partied there many a nights)!!
- The Noodle will be headquarters for The Green Legion that weekend!
- FLIGHTS OUT OF PHILLY SUCK!! Looks like our “less than” competition got to them first. But there aren’t going to be many because anything coming out of Philly is a regional (smaller) plane! SO, WE WILL BE FLYING NON-STOP OUT OF NEWARK, AND TRANSPORTATION COSTS TO AND FROM NEWARK INTERNATIONAL WILL BE FACTORED INTO THE COST.

Q: Why should I sign up for the "EARLY BIRD" deposit when we don't have trip details yet?
A: We have served thousands of Eagles fans all over the world and most of our clients are repeats. Every year, since we know 88% of the road schedule in advance, Legionnaires say "I'm 100% going to Vegas/Denver/Atlanta/etc". These Early Birds RSVP's help our customers start their payments early and reserve their spot in line. When the NFL schedule comes out, we make sure the Early birds are served FIRST, so they get to select their preferred flights, hotels, etc. This is our 19th year of Birds travel; these Early Birds helps to give us a preview of how many people we're going to need to plan for on each trip so you have the BEST time (game outcome not guaranteed to be a W however)
Q: I want to stay with The Green Legion, but I don't need airfare from Philly/coming from another city to join you. Can I still place a deposit?
A: Yes! If you're planning on staying with us but don't need airfare, you can place your deposit now!
Q: I only want to join you guys on Game Day. Can I place a deposit for my Ticket & Tailgate or Tailgate Only Package?
A: No! We love everyone who joins us, but we need to take care of our guests first by booking flights, hotels, transfers, etc. Our Game Day Packages will be released in early summer and we will announce when they will be available with plenty of lead time. PLEASE refrain from asking about these, it takes time away from our staff who are working to get our travelers squared away and only ends up delaying the release of our Game Day Packages.
Q: I want to go on multiple trips. Do I need to put down multiple deposits?
A: Yes, you need to place a deposit for every person in your party, for every trip you're planning on attending.
Q: What happens if I place a deposit for one trip but after the NFL schedule comes out I can't make it? Can I switch trips?
A: Yes! You can always switch trips after the NFL schedule comes out (for a limited time) if the one you wanted doesn't work for you, without losing your place in line.
Q: If I place a deposit, but find out I can't make it and don't want to go on any others, can I get a refund?
A: ALL DEPOSITS ARE 100% REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE TO ANOTHER TRIP UP UNTIL 30 DAYS AFTER THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE NFL SCHEDULE!!

Based on feedback and request from our travelers, The Green Legion has added travel insurance!
We chose Allianz since they are the world's biggest travel insurance provider and many of our travelers have used it and have been quickly reimbursed for unforeseen circumstances. We HIGHLY suggest always purchasing travel insurance. It's a quick, easy, and inexpensive way to make sure your trip goes smoothly from start to finish and is free from unexpected surprises -- car issues, weather, delays, baggage issues, and everything in between. If you are going on multiple trips, annual packages are available that would cover you for all trips.
