Ok, I don’t think I can say the name of the event but we all know what I’m talking about. And I am not here to jinx our chances by bringing it up. I am here to be completely prepared if our Birds can win this Sunday! And if so, this is what we are doing…
First, Minneapolis SUCKS. Enough said there. Plus, anything within a reasonable distance is $600 a night for a hotel room with a 3-night minimum. I’m not spending that kind of money unless I’m in the Caribbean with a “10” and have a lavish love shack for the week! What prices are unavoidable, however, are tickets for the game. Our broker we use for Dallas Cowboy tickets every year, and who I have been working with FOREVER, is selling pairs between $4,300 and $4,700 per person right now. And he doesn’t want to take an order for what we are trying to accomplish. Stubhub’s lowest are 4 tickets at $4,400 each. SO, I went straight to the biggest source to secure our upper level tickets AND a top-shelf 3-hour open bar and a concert with Kelly Clarkson. I know…I don’t give a $h1t about Kelly Clarkson either, however, this is an NFL Experience event so there should be a lot of celebrities and more appearances. And I don’t have to worry about creating the event nor do ANY of you have to worry about secondary market brokers and tickets that may or may not get you into the stadium!!
Since I have no interest (and most people I talked to don’t either) in spending any second longer than I have to there, our plan is the following:
- Charter flight from PHL to MSP on Sunday morning around 8:00 AM
- Executive coaches from MSP to the Armory where the tailgate is taking place
- Tailgate
- Go to the game
- Win
- Back on the executive coaches to MSP
- Flight departure at 12:00 AM (midnight back to Philly)

I CAN TAKE 166 PEOPLE AND THAT’S IT!! And I need to see if I can fill this and without a full flight, I will cancel the package. WE WILL START TAKING DEPOSITS TOMORROW MORNING AT 10 AM!!!

- If they do not win, your deposit is 100% refundable EXCEPT credit card processing fees (nothing I can do there).
- Upon making your reservation EVERY SINGLE PERSON IN YOUR GROUP will SIGN a contract legally binding you to the full amount. I will NOT get burned by YOU changing your mind after I already paid for everything included. NO WAY! Don’t sign up if you are unsure about your commitment level.
- BALANCE IN FULL MUST BE PAID ON MONDAY the 22nd by 12:00 PM

I simply don’t have the ability to lose 1.1 million dollars which is all of our costs here. And if there are other expenses I have to incur, YOU will incur them. I am not making enough on this to have a huge pot to work with. It is the nature of the beast but many of you know I am not the person to just tag on fees. I am doing EVERYTHING possible to keep this package price down.
