The Green Legion Invades Washington DC on Sunday, December 10! Time to head back to our Nation's capital!! This was definitely one of last year's best trips and the best part about it is if you have a regular 9 to 5 job, you don't have to take any time off! So this is how we do it... Bus will leave from McFadden's at the Ballpark at 2 PM!! You are welcome to join me at McFadden's prior to for a couple a cocktails prior to heading down. There is a Flyer's game that night so you will have to pay the $10 to park, but you will be able to leave your car there overnight. It's only an hour and half to where we have to go. For those who went last year, we had a small problem with our original hotel and the Hyatt Regency Baltimore (www.baltimore.hyatt.com) stepped up in our time of need and housed all of us!! Not only was the place ridiculously nice, it was also a skywalk away from the Inner Harbor. We will be using the once again. I have partied in DC, Georgetown, Arlington, and the likes. The Inner Harbor is so much better a place to party than anywhere near DC or in DC. Therefore, the decision was made last year to stay overnight there and will continue to be the destination for this year's and future year's trips for that game. We will have drink specials once again as we get closer to the date. So, we party, get up early, and head down to FEDEX field at 8 AM!! The do not open the gates down there until 9 AM so that should give us plenty of time to be there when they open. The game is a 1 o'clock game right now and I don't believe they will push the game back at this point. Immediately following the game, we hop back on the buses and head straight back to Philly, beer on board and hopefully, jawin' about another victory!! So here is what your package includes: Charter Bus to Baltimore, FEDEX Field, and back to Philadelphia PO Box 45 E - A - G - L - E - S EAGLES!!!
